Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time refers to the transit time after your order is dispatched to the carrier. Delivery times depend on several factors, including your location. Below are the estimated delivery times by region:

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, though this falls outside of our refund policy. In unresolved cases, filing a police report may also be necessary.
