Cancellation Policy

To make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at o@xsoothe.com with a clear photo of the damage. If the damage qualifies, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) with the product intact is not considered damage.
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance. XSOOTHE is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
